As a child, like so many people, art and drawing were always fun to me...airplanes, dogs and cars were big. In high school I occasionally carried a small sketchbook around and did quick sketches of folks on buses or wherever. I even did a drawing for General Motor's annual Fisher Body car design contest. In junior college, while trying to find my life direction, I took a couple of art classes...and became a physical education teacher!
